Like all your field technicians, Juan was very professional and very informative of the details what he performed, checking our annual heating system check up. Also, he wanted compliant the previous technicians who did a good job of taking care of the heating system. Keep up the good work Right Time!

Customer service was great only complaint I have was scheduling and appointments. My appointment was at 8am-12pm After 12pm I called the dispatch and they let me know a technician will reach out to me soon. RighTime Team did not see my AC issue until 3:10pm. Technicians were very polite and displayed great customer service. I would continue to use this company however, I will need to keep my schedule open all day instead of the time that is appointed to me.

The man showed up and got straight to it. Cool guy, great conversation, and eduction in the process. The work was so fast and efficient that he was able to check all of my outlets and breakers to see if there could possibly be any other issues to inform me about. All for such a small fee that was well worth it. Thank you so much.

They were great and helpful and so friendly. I felt like friends rather than someone who’s selling me a unit. The install team was awesome. They talk to me to tell me what they were doing and then did just that. Ask questions if things would be OK this way or that way before they did it. They were responsible. I Definitely will have for many, many years, to come. I used them over and over again and will continue to do so.
They showed me what was new on the AC and heater, and what was updated. They caught the problem before the unit went out, thank goodness, when they were doing the servicing of the unit.
