AC UNIT installed, am now trying to get a user friendly thermostat for Senior Citizens!!!!! The one installed with new AC isn't user-friendly!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Email sent and team arrived a little bit after that. Safely and efficiently removed old and installed new water heater. Left no warning instructions, no manual, did a quick check to make sure all was good. They did leave behind a bunch of shavings from pipe cutting that I think they should have cleaned up. Other than that it's good job!

The tech was very attentive to my concerns. He completed the maintenance meticulously. He explained why we were experiencing a certain issue and provided a solution. I apologize I don’t remember his name, because I would ask for him the next service call.

Patrick was professional when he arrived and had an another tech with him who later I deduced was a trainee. Patrick explained of mildew on my coils being the reason I smelled mildew and couldn’t find it. I had the unit cleaned and it looked brand new when he finished. I have an air scrubber and the light stopped working so i can’t tell if the thing is working or not. He assured me it was and I needed a new light bulb. For the price quoted for a new lightbulb, I’ll take his word for it that it’s working. The encounter was easy going and I had no issues with my unit, so I was happy all the way around, except that lightbulb. Thanks for the great service visit.
10/19/23. Nick came to service the unit and let me know everything is great but now the air scrubber is not working. He was able to get some discounts for me with a 6 mo hold. I’ll be calling him back soon to replace it because I love my air scrubber and paid a pretty penny for it to work. Nick was great and did all the necessary checks. Pleased with the service. Thanks!!
