Hauser went above and beyond! When our 32-year-old furnace went out in February, they were very quick to schedule a repairman, then an estimator, and then an installer! The installers ran into some trouble and I expected them to have to come back the next day, but instead they stayed until nearly 9 PM to make sure the system was properly installed so we had heat! From that first call to a new working furnace was less than 40 hours. And the price was less than I was quoted elsewhere. A+++!

The service I received from Hauser was tremendous. Zach the technician did a great job with the clean and check. He even went so far as to explain some of the procedures he was preforming on my system. I will definitely be using Hauser in the future. One other thing, they made it in their schedule window and called me to let me know they were on the way!
