The install of the equipment it self was done in 2 days and very well done, however there was an issue with getting power to the thermostat. To ARS?s credit they worked as fast as possible to resolve the issue at no additional charge and once the part was installed the system worked flawlessly. Even though it did take another 5 or so days to complete I appreciate that they did not let this slip through the cracks and stayed on it until the job was done. The teams were all very knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend.

Angel was very professional. My only suggestion, re: ARS, not Angel who was the service person... I was told I'd receive a call the day before, but did not. And, The blocked time for repair was 9A-12PM. And expected someone to come + to be finished by 12PM. Of course, my address always seems to be the LAST service within the time estimate... And, it literally took <15" for the service... Just saying, I would have been very happy to be the 1st service call, since we've been waiting for the part since July...
