Patient .. kind person ..explained and answered questions as I asked he did a tune up on my Hvac system

I had them come out for furnace tune up and he educated me on some important information regarding my furnace and maintaining longevity with it. My only issue was at the end when I had already declined the monthly plan they have that he tried to guilt trip me into not getting the plan before he left. It was a sour end to an otherwise pleasant experience.
