Our outside spicket was not working. Brian came in, he was very nice and easy to talk to. He assessed the problem and explained what needed fixed. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He even took the time to listen to other concerns we had about installing a faucet. He was great and I highly recommend him.

ALEX IS MY HERO. I was without water for 4 days. Everyone that came out to check it said, "ahh no thank you". I finally found ARS. Came right out early the next day. Fixed all the ugly problems. You have no idea what he found in a dark small crawl space. NOT AFRAID OF SPIDERS. You'd get really grossed out if I described it. You need these guys. For REAL.

I can't say enough great things about Sang Bui and Rescue Rooter. Their response time was instant, got someone out within hours, and Sang was not only professional and courteous, but extremely knowledgeable. He did a thorough investigation and was honest about the findings. Rescue Rooter will be my first call moving forward. Great job!

Amazing experience to have Ars replace my water heater. Everything about it was exceptional, really. Service was so fast and responsive I was the one holding them up and installation was flawless.

Be aware.... we Ask for an itemized breakdown of the cost so we could turn it into our home warranty policy.... and they would not break down what the cost and labor was????? Just a price for completion.... so we couldn't use our warranty ... so as I say in my review the bill was higher than the estimate and they offer no explanation..... Very quick service nice response on the phone we has a gas line leaking after have new floors installed Brian was our tech.. explained the problem had to come back the next day because of parts but was on time and did in a timely manner also pointed out a problem he found and fixed that too.. we did this the price was definitely on the high side of the estimate but these days everything is expensive but want to feel safe in our house and we do so over all a very good job
