Honestly amazing. They were able to come out within an hour and fix our backed up kitchen sink with ease. We paid a fraction of the price we paid when we had this issue once before (truly… we paid 75% less then when we used roto rooter). Kalvante was knowledgeable about the process and what was causing the issue and gave us advice on how to prevent these issues. No doubt I will be requesting him in the future. I cannot say enough good things about my experience!

Corbin helped me out today, he was then most professional and on time plumber I’ve ever met. Very fast and good at his job. He deserves a promotion and a raise. I would be happy to have him repair all my plumbing needs.

Excellent job in replacing an outdoor faucet which I tried myself and could not do it. They knew best method and completed the job in no time. I would definitely use their plumbing services in the future again.

The technician Kelvante H is very professional. He took his time finding the tree roots in my main drain and making sure he did everything possible to make sure it was cleaned out.
The attention to detail meant everything.
He’s an asset to the company.

Technician Kalvante was professional and clearly explained the issue and what was needed to repair. He cleaned up the area afterwards and asked if I had questions. Would definitely use this company again, especially if all their service people are like him.

Rescue is exactly what this company did... After a disappointing experience with my warranty group who said my issue wasn't covered.. I was willing to pay the company directly...and advised that he only does warranty work. They scheduled 2nd opinion... He didn't have the needed equipment. I contacted Rescue Rooter... Who scheduled me quickly, their serviceman was professional, polite, informative..most importantly efficient and effective. Thank you so much Rescue Rooter.

We had a gentleman come and do the video inspection. He sent his camera all the way to the drop into the city sewer system. Fortunately for us, the lines relatively clean and in excellent working condition. He was very informative and helpful. I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing this type of service.

My water heater broke overnight and after getting a quote the next morning, ARS was able to install a new unit by mid afternoon. Of course it was pricey for a rapid turnaround and some copper piping work, but after the install, the techs did a run through with me so I knew how everything worked and made sure to answer any questions I had.

We had a backed up toilet and the plumber was done in 45 min. Very thorough and professional. Also gave us a 3 month quote to come back if there were any issues.

The service gentleman was very professional

While I wish my water heater replacement wouldn’t have been such an expense, likely a feeling shared by many, I am happy with the experience of working with ARS/RR. The consultant was pleasant, helpful, and willing to discuss my concerns regarding the quote when he came to evaluate my situation. The installers were great guys with positive attitudes, and they took it upon themselves to ensure they left no trace. It was a rainy day, which is not ideal for floors and carpets, especially with installers in work boots and water heaters being transported up and down stairs on dollies. To my delight, they wore protective booties and they even cleaned the dolly wheels and covered them with duct tape to keep our house clean. I don’t know of anyone who would go the extra mile like that without being asked. They took time to educate me on the product after it was installed and were very friendly and personable throughout the process. As they say, you get what you pay for, and for the level of service provided, it was well worth the cost.

Devin came in to evaluate water pressure concerns in upstairs bathroom. He was very nice and courteous and made recommendations as well as an estimate for the cost of the repairs. He explained what was included in the repairs and what would need to be done.

Very professional and courteous kept me well informed of everything that needed to be done and how much it was gonna cost me I would recommend this company ARS came out to my house and put in a sump pump as well as they had to dig up my back yard to tie lines together that connected to sump pump. The guys did great work took there time and cleaned up everything. They left no questions unanswered. I would definitely recommend them for work that needs to be done excellent service. Thanks for your service.
