We had an issue with our heater turning on and they were quick to respond and scheduled our troubleshooting visit. Our technician was outstanding in his knowledge and fixed our issue. Turns out there was an issue with the wiring. Highly recommend Hauser.

I used Hauser today to do an HVAC system assessment for me in a new home I recently purchased. Rob arrived on time and performed the system audit with me at his hip, telling me at each step what he was doing and why it was important. He was very informative and patient in answering my questions, and when he left I felt very informed about what I am looking at and what my high level options are in terms of how to proceed.
