I had a dangerous hole in my yard caused by a broken pipe. ARS / Irish Plumber came out in the morning, assessed the situation, gave me a fair quote. They acquired the necessary permits same day and the problem was fixed by the end of the next day. Exception service and communication!

Lennie the plumber is great. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, and does good work. The problem was the dispatcher who called to book my appointment but never told Lennie about it. Fortunately, he was able to fit me in the same day, when I called Lennie to ask if he was coming. Otherwise they’ve done good work for us over the past 15 years.

I was really happy because they got someone for me right away because I have emphysema and my son has stage 3 cancer and it was already 83 in my house, so as far as I'm concerned they saved my life . I love this company they always try to help there customers and make them happy.
Antwon came today to clean my furnace and humidifier . He did a wonderful job and explained everything to us. He also said if we had any other questions we could call and they would be happy to help us. ARS and Antwon are great.

Antwon arrived exactly at the time he quoted and began servicing our furnace. He was courteous and very professional. He answered all our questions and went the extra mile and helped guide us through a Wi-Fi issue with tech support. We are reconnected and up and running again.
We are glad we have ARS Rescue Rooter to install and maintain our plumbing fixtures. Excellent service!

Theo serviced my furnace and I would give him 5 stars. I was extremely impressed with his manners, knowledge and work ethic. The office staff failed to 'contact' me prior to his arrival. I don't consider text messages 'contact' unless you receive a reply!! A phone call was expected!!
