Jason arrived promptly to provide an estimate. He was very polite and professional. I was pleasantly shocked at how soon he arrived after I scheduled the appointment. The only reason I did not is to allow myself a chance to get additional quotes.

Elliot of ARS performed our yearly furnace inspection. He arrived on time and was knowledgeable and professional. Elliot explained procedures and options clearly based on wide experience. This was much appreciated. Overall we have found ARS to be courteous and friendly and will contact them again for future needs.

Appreciated Dean’s knowledge about our plumbing problems. He’s a great plumber and has good background from which to assess issues and took time to troubleshoot and solved our temporarily defective faucet. Faucet is working well now. Dave was a terrific technician and diagnosed my problem promptly. Obtaining the necessary parts was an issue that required extra time and distance. He cheerfully took care of that and restored the furnace so that we could have heat in this chilly weather. He was also tidy and personable.
