Lawrence oversaw my repair by overruling the fiasco caused by their call center in Texas. They took the order and provided a 12 to 4 window for the technician to arrive. At 4:15, I called (the call center) to ask about the technician. They had no record of my initial call. I repeated name, address, phone #, etc. They stll could not finf my order. I was passed to a manager who apologized for the mess and said they sent a high priority message to our local (Cordova, TN) office and then said a technician named Mr. Jose was dispatched. We thanked her and hung up. A few minutes later I received a call from Lawrence (from Cordova, TN) who said he just got word we needed service but couldn't send someone out until tomorrow. Explained the situation to him, and all the ridiculous calls we had with the Texas call center. He acknowledged the confusion Instigated by the call center, assigned our work order to Zachary and gave us a 30 minute window of when to expect him. We appreciated his understanding and efforts to honor what we were told earlier. Zachary arrived 15 minutes early, came in and conducted needed repairs, was very cordial and professional. A real pleasure. In my opinion, Lawrence and Zachary saved us as customers.

Conway arrived on time and completed the work in the time frame proposed. Once the project was completed they made sure that the unit was in proper working order. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to get work done. Job well done keep up the good work!!!

TODAY, OCTOBER 11 CONWAY SENT US A GREAT PERSON TO SERVE US. HE WAS VERY PERSONAL, PROFESSIONAL AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT CONWAY AND HIS AREA OF SERVICE WITH HEATERS AND AIR CONDITIONERS. HE IS A GREAT ASSET FOR CONWAY!!!
