Horacio did a beautiful job installing the new toilet and represents Beutler with great professionalism. The only negative is when he wiped off cat hair that was clinging to the lid, using the front of his shirt. I don't think he realized he put scratches on the surface from his badge. The seat/lid is advertised as unscratchable. Beautiful job otherwise.

I had good luck with them. I had a new wall furnace installed and they were able to do it. I think they did a great job and they had good quality service.

My water heater stopped working and needed a plumber to figure out what was wrong. First Horacio came out to scope it out and did a great job. Even crawled under the house to take a look. Really took his time to find the issue and best solution, unlike the other plumber that came out and just looked at the water heater for 2 minutes and said I'd need a new one.
Then the very next day Bruce and his apprentice Levon came out to do the work. It was a very tricky job working in the confines of a very small space the water heater had to go as well as under the house, but Bruce worked tirelessly all day without taking any shortcuts or breaks even. Very happy with how it turned out! I will definitely be using these guys for any future plumbing needs.

I purchased a garbage disposal from Home Depot along with installation. It was a pleasure to learn that the installer was to be Beutler. This company installed the air conditioner on my first home in Antelope and did an outstanding job. There was some difficulty on the part of Home Depot relating to scheduling, but eventually, that was resolved. I received an appointment for Friday between the hours of 8 and noon. I received a text at about 8 a.m. that Horatio was on his way. Horatio arrived at my home at about 8:30. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the installation. He reviewed everything on hand before beginning the installation to be certain all necessary items were available. Horatio was extremely courteous and organized, cleaning as he worked. The installation took about one hour, and the result is outstanding. I am so pleased with this service and especially thankful to Horatio for his outstanding service. I highly recommend Beutler and Horatio. Thank you!
