Jermaine was very nice and patient. The sinks would not drain. He tried to snake the drain twice but did not work. Finally he had to go on the roof and snake thru the vent. Found out a rat had clogged the vent. Everything works great now!

I bought a new low boy hotwater heater and unique was the installer for Lowes. They did a great job, and came out and replaced the defective heater with a new one. On time.

I purchased two AC units from Unique eight years ago and the service has been outstanding. Recently there was a problem with one of the units I called ,the technician arrived on-time, diagnosed the problem and within days a very expensive repair was done under their "parts and labor" warranty at no cost to me. Special thanks to their tech Franklin ""Chase"
