The tech was on time, diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly for the AC unit. The service call fee was waived by the company GM due to a mix-up by the appt center regarding the original date and time.

I had a great experience with Greenstar. They installed central air and heat in my home in a timely and professional manner. The technicians were very courteous and efficient. They explained everything they were doing and answered all my questions. They also cleaned up after themselves and left no mess behind. I give Greenstar five stars out of five for their excellent service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs central air and heat installation. Special thanks to Dillon for providing thorough service navigating all options available to me that were best suitable for my family. Prior to the installation my son struggled with allergens throughout the house that would cause several sneezing episodes and eye irritation daily. Dillon recommended the “Scrubber” for cleaner air quality and so far, my son hasn’t sneezed yet. Thanks 🙏🏿 for making my home more comfortable and energy efficient. I appreciate your hard work and dedication.

We had a malfunction with our newly installed AC system. Its very hot today and my parents are almost 90 yrs old so I put in an emergency repair request with Greenstar. I was very pleased when service man Zachary Reyes arrived 3 hours early and saved the day. He was exceptional!!! Very professional, very knowledgeable and he fixed the problem very quickly. He saved the day and set the bar high for any other service rep out there. A thousand thank yous to Zachary Reyes!

GreenStar did an excellent job servicing my AC/heating unit. They even resolved a loud noise coming from an older part that we are very happy about.
