Called rescue rooter after another plumbing company told us they weren’t going to be able to help us. Rescue rooter was able to fit us in same day and did the job the other company couldn’t. Super thankful for them! 10/10 recommend.

The technical experts Colin and Leo were excellent. They performed their work thoroughly and looked at every little detail to make sure my unit is running optimally. I appreciate their professionalism and their patience in listening to any issues I had encountered. Also, their expert advice on efficiency improvements, future maintenance to assure longevity of the unit was very valuable.

Dallas came out and reviewed our situation so he left knowing that our water heater had quit. It was only 30 hours later that he was back with a replacement and had it installed in just over two hours. He was very professional, very tidy, knew what the code requirements were without having to look them up and followed them very well. We would certainly recommend ARS and especially Dallas the Plumber, for your home plumbing repair needs. Should we have a have more plumbing needs they will definitely be our first call.

Technician Brian Argo was outstanding. Within minutes he was able to analyze our thermostat issue and resolve it. He was extremely kind and understanding and highly efficient. He scores an 11 on a scale of 10. Give Brian a raise!
Also a shoutout to Agnes and Desiree for following up and arranging for Brian to come out on a Saturday afternoon to take care of us.

ARS has hands down the BEST, understanding & attuned call reps/customer service agents and my AC tech Brian was great! Despite working crazy hours in this untenable busy season, he was upbeat, professional, informative and kind- clearly knew what he was doing, and able to offer tips for the future… Not once did anyone make me feel like my needs were burdensome. It is just so rare to find excellent service in these times. ARS is simply totally responsive, they have your back, What more could you possibly ask for? Highest ratings, for sure!

Great service! The whole process from start to finish took like 3 days. Wade did a great job finding me the best deal possible and Ryan was knowledgeable, professional, and took time to answer all my questions. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Brian performed diagnostics on my A/C. He demonstrated competence and professionalism. I would welcome him back anytime. He discovered that my A/C unit needed to be replaced and set up the same day for me to talk with their system specialist, Ty. Ty reviewed my options, explained the work that needed to be done, and gave me time to consider my options. This was helpful because a new unit is quite expensive. Brian and Ty provided me with trust and confidence that I knew I was getting the right A/C and with the assurance of the quality and professionalism I had from past experiences with ARS.

ARS/Rescue Rooter’s David is an expert technician in ductless mini-split installation. He knew how to problem-solve our retro-fit AC installation and did an outstanding job in properly installing our ductless 9w9w9w12w mini-splits and heat exchanger system. We give him our highest recommendation for this type of work.
