Sale of equipment was discussed and all options were presented. After deciding on best affordable option, installation was scheduled and the installers were in time, knowledgeable , quick and efficient. Work was completed as described and no problems since.

ARS of Myrtle Beach is extremely responsive and efficient. I called for service of my water heater this am and Christopher S did the service this afternoon, to include replacing the anode. No fuss, no mess, just a good job done.

ARS was easy to deal with, efficient and performed quality work. Our electrician Paul was great as were the two other electricians that came with him Rob and Tyler. We dealt with the electrical manager, Patrick, as well and he got everything organized and ready for us. Thank you ARS for identifying and addressing an issue we ve been dealing with for a long time.

Thomas and Dwight were thoroughly professional and worked hard to diagnose our issue, which turned out to be much more complicated than we first assumed. They kept at it, and offered us alternatives that were explained in detail, so we could make a good decision about the repairs we needed. They were very patient and we never felt pressured. Overall, a very good experience, and I recommend ARS Rescue Rooter if you need plumbing repairs and service.

Great Company, highly recommend ARS. I have used them for New installation of A heating/AC Unit at one of my homes, maintenance checks on both of my homes, they are very reliable. The office staff is very helpful and friendly, the servicemen are very knowledgeable and clean and neat, I especially like that they call you when they are on the way. They are always on time. I have recommended ARS to my friends and they are also very pleased with the services they received.
