Courtesy professional and great price. The service tech took time to not only to explain the problem but also show me a video of the inside of the pipes. He did not try to upsell me on more work but explained that more work is needed soon.

The plumber who came out was a very helpful and honest guy! He helped me identify the problem and showed me the cheapest way to fix it, with the company’s help or by doing it myself.
The company also came out and gave me an estimate, for free. I called about 5 other places to try to compare prices— No other company has this level of exceptional customer service or honesty. I highly recommend you give them a call. And give the plumber who came to my house a fat raise!

The plumber was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely nice. Explained all the fees and deductions before he fixed my problem. I was able to use a credit card. I will definitely use them again.

I had two quotes from other plumbers to unstop my toilet. One was for $150, the other $200. ARS/Rescue Rooter sent out a plumber. He first tried a special technique with my plunger and was able to unclog it immediately. When I went to pay, he said there would be no charge. I was so happy the guy was honest and didn’t expect to get paid. It’s refreshing to know he didn’t try to make it more than it was. I will be using ARC/Rescue Rooter for any plumbing needs in the future.

ARS is a Great company however I did have a bit of a problem with the quality of ARS. First, plumber was Chris who did a great job very professional and works fast. Then had a main line back up again same problem but more then likely was a big clog that just didn’t clear all the way as it should of(in no way a reflection of Chris work-He did amazing). Then Brandon came out to “Fix it” and did the exact opposite took 1-2hrs then gave up told me he makes commission and wasn’t getting paid because this was a job already paid for backed by warranty then tried to get me to pay him under the table got mad and left my house worst condition both toilets both baths clogged backed up with poop/pee coming out everything he left knowing my house was in this condition, had to shower and use restroom outside in back yard. Finally Gladimir E Segura came the next day to clean up and fix Brandon’s disaster which he did amazingly very experienced completed the job extremely fast very efficient and effective definitely a professional his work ethic shows his experience truly a master of his craft was able to troubleshoot and problem solve then tackle the task head on which was impressive Gladimir E Segura is definitely a man of integrity with great work ethic and lots of experience should be a manager or supervisor or have his own company!! Chris and Gladimir are the only reason this company got 5 stars even after the disaster Brandon left us in.

Zack was our repairman and was excellent! Very nice and professional and most important very knowledgeable. He fixed our stopped up kitchen sink and knew immediately what to do.
