I was very pleased with the service. The plumbers were pleasant and extremely capable. I particularly liked the attention to detail and a well finished job! Lines matching and thorough testing and safety measures put in place! An obsession for excellence and perfection that is so rare today.

Although I didn’t end up using their service, as my needs had to be met by a higher level solution, the staff at Greenstar were professional, prompt, and fair. They know what they’re doing. Take that with a grain of salt, if you know what I mean. But my issue needing a more robust solution not withstanding, I would say Greenstar will remain in business for years to come. Very professional outfit.

Appointment was scheduled for yesterday and they weren't able to make it but when Jaime can by today, very quick fix to clogged toilet. He was very nice and professional and fixed in a few minutes. Felt the charge was reasonable.

Green Star Home Services/Rescue Rooter had repaired the main sewer pipe to the street from my home three years ago with a sleeve liner.
Today everything was backing up in the house and even though they were short people they sent someone to snake the main sewer line today, for free! Juan was very pleasant, professional, and got to work immediately.
I am greatly thankful for the services Rescue Rooter has provided. They do a great job!

We found a leak in pipes on our water heater on Sunday morning at 8:00 am. I called ARS and they scheduled Eric to arrive at 10:00 am. I was so impressed with the professionalism and follow up call from the dispatcher. Eric assessed the problem and put in new copper pipes. I would recommend ARS.
