They showed up the same day we called and explained how they would be able to clear the drains. They worked quickly and accomplished the task according to the work promised on the quote. They pointed out some structural anomalies which I could correct either now or at a more convenient time; but there was no pressure to do everything at this visit.
We got our drain working in a short time, and at a very reasonable price.
I will be using their services from now on!

Tyson and his team were very professional, easy too work with, and explained everything clearly and in detail. There was a clear process in place to document the cost estimates and services needed, which was helpful when it came time to make an insurance claim.. We had a good size blockage in our sewer line and Thomas came to help us out as well as another gentleman. They were very professional, polite, and caring of our situation! Kyle did a fantastic job replacing my aging water heater. He was open regarding my options and questions and gave me his honest recommendations based on his broad experience. His workmanship was excellent, taking his time to do it right. Kyle was also very friendly and enjoyable to talk with.
As for the company, very responsive to my request for an evaluation and the communication was excellent. They delivered a robust solution and the overall experience was great. I would recommend Rescue Rooter to anyone in need of plumbing service.
