Kay Smart was very professional and informative. Super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. She also made sure to answer all my questions, I learned a lot after talking to her amd felt like I made informed decisions. She gave lots of options and made sure to work within our schedule; I would ABSOLUTELY refer a friend or family member to her if they ever need it.

Tonight our kitchen sink was clogged with a very slow drain. Ed was sent to our home took a quick look provided options and clearly explained everything so that I could make the very best choice. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable and really fast. Would definitely give them a call again. -Tony

I want to give Steve Jinkins at ARS in Houston a 5 Star plus review. He is a Master HVAC technician to me as I could tell right away when he got here that he knew what he was doing. This was a re-service call and he found the leak right away in the evaporator coil. It was replaced the next day. He has many years of HVAC experience and is very nice, responsive, explains what he is. I would highly recommend him and his team of installeHatrrs when needed.H
Also want to recognize Eric Harleston for helping me out Sept 27, 2023. He was very friendly and fixed my no cooling iasue in 5 minutes for no charge. Highly recommend
