We are so happy with the service we received from ARS. The Plumber was very knowledgeable. He took his time and explained what is going on with our plumbing. I will definitely recommend him/ARS to my family and friends.

Replaced my water heater. I worked with Ken to set up my order. He was detailed explaining all my options. The installers were courteous and professional. I have what I need and don't feel like I was price gouged for it. I highly recommend.

Hands down the absolute and most amazing company to ever exist! My HVAC system looked like something out of 90’s horror, low budget druggie film movie that you should’ve never watched and changed the channel on!
My rep Kay, knew exactly what she was doing and gave me the most detailed education about my choices and how they would affect my home whether acted on or against. As a first time homeowner, I’m still learning what to properly maintain in my home but Kay made that painless! Her team of installers are not only wonderful with time efficient but knowledgeable about everything related to not only the installation itself but the intricate process of design, specifically for my project! They ensures everything single thing was up and running prior to cleaning up. Maneuvering without damages and a totally changing my homes air quality for the best! There is NO OTHER company that went into detail with heat load calculations, took charge and ensured my comfortability during the entire process! Highly recommended and referred!

Terry Dennis was very respectful and professional he also arrived on time. But your operator SYDNEY CONRAD was very unprofessional and rude to service man in front on the customer(me) after he was just calling and my invoice ticked. She also hanged up on him after.

My experience from the start has been nice. I filled out a quote through Home Depot on a Sunday night at 11pm. I receive a text and then a call from Jessica to schedule an appointment. I couldn't believe it. Kay, my salesperson was here by Tuesday. Kay is a nice person to work with. She is thorough and answers your questions to the best of her ability or will ask someone for the answer. Since it was my birthday, she sends her clients cookies, within an hour of her leaving, I received my cookies. Yummy! ARS have a lot of guarantees that are very comforting to know and have.
My installation seems to be moving along nicely today. They are efficient and work well together. I can't wait to use my new hvac systems. Also, to see how these new systems help with my electrical usage.
Thank you ARS Team and Home Depot for their rebate, too.

Highly satisfied with the service and professionalism of Brian Jinkins.He explained in detail all that needed to repair and enhance the A/C and Heating units. I wish there was a discount for loyal longtime customers like myself. Brian is an asset to ARS!
