Got a great price on replacing 2 water heaters. Everyone i dealt with was pleasant and honest, and made this a smooth and painless process. This was my first time using ARS and I will continue using them for my plumbing needs.

Mark Jimenez showed up within an hour and a half of my initial request to have my kitchen sink un-clogged. He was polite, professional and kept the kitchen clean. The job was quite a bit more involved than I had anticipated and a lot more expensive. But I'm confident that the work was done well and I will not need to do this for a long time. They responded quickly giving me the estimate and installation/replacement of the water heater on the same day. Willing to work with me on installing the water heater I purchased. Not the least expensive but we negotiated a fair price based on the amount of work needed to bring my system up to local code.

The guys that installed my new AC were professional, courteous and worked really proficiently! They also were very friendly and joked around with me! After they were done, they showed me how to keep my system in good shape, and showed me where the emergency turn off breaker was and told me that an electrician was going to be coming out to change my breaker to bring my box up to code no extra charge. I really enjoyed working with this company.

Update - 1 year after AC purchase: ARC lived up to their promise. The efficiency of my AC unit declined but ARC replaced the entire system. They stood by their warranty. I credit the diagnostic expert they sent out here to inspect my equipment. Dan Banning is a top notch technician. He took his time, asked a lot of questions, and listened to my description of the situation. It was a major warranty claim—not something that you can take lightly. So I collected data for Dan. This included internal and external temperatures, time required to lower the internal temperature, and utility bill comparisons. Dan made me a believer in ARS. I'm bumping my review up to 5 stars. [Older reviews below] Update - 7 months later: The AC unit and air transfer unit are good. The equipment is quiet and efficient. But the sales people promised too much. The electricity bill savings have not come close to what they said. That was a major selling point. I suggest buyers beware of promises from the ARS sales team. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This is install day but so far so good. The sales specialists and installers explained everything well. They answered my questions and offered additional details based on our conversations. ARS is not the cheapest option but it has the best warranty I found. To support this warranty ARS needs to do a more thorough install (more parts replaced) than what is usually considered an AC replacement. To me this justified the added expense. The installers were fast. I think they were done in under 4 hours. They went thru Nest thermometer setup with me and showed me their work in the attic and outside around the condenser. Very professional start to finish. If the work and warranty hold up I'm a committed customer.

Still waiting for tech to return to finish job on installation of HVAC and 2nd tech to upgrade electrical panel. Dispatch has been of little help. I have been a customer for over 20 years and have never experienced such poor service from a company I trusted.

The HVAC tech Castaneda was very professional and explained the operation of the Ac and heating unit, did the tune-up on both. I would refer ARS and tech Jaime Castaneda to family and friends.
