Thermostat went blank. Followed steps to see if was batteries ,flipped switch. So end up calling. Maintenance was in area,was there within 30 minutes. Fixed the problem. He found it within five minutes of getting there. Thank you Ars/Rescue Rooter.

Called today for an appointment and was scheduled for later in the afternoon. Was very happy with technician that came, was very professional and kept us updated on what he was doing and the purpose.

ARS provides an excellent and professional service. They were timely and the finished project was completed in a timely manner. The only problem I encountered was that the salesperson wanted my credit card number inadvance of the work, that I nor Lowes agreed to.

From start to finish ARS/Rescue Rooster gave the best possible service. My air conditioning went out and fired the thermostat, Shadoe came out quicker than expected and was kind, understanding, and professional the entire time. I truly feel like this was the best quality service and will definitely be contacting ARS from here on out.

Yes, services were great, you're installers were very professional. They didn't make a mess, they were on time. They did not leave until they were complete. And I was very happy with the job.

Water heater lasted 9 years, but it was finally time to replace. I got some quotes from local plumbers in the area and also gave ARS a call for a quote. They were almost able to match the quote a local plumber gave me and ultimately won my business because they lowered their price to almost match the local plumber and gave me more peace of mind with their waranty.

Previous positive review edit. 10/10. They tell you the issues and document everything. They’re transparent professionals that actually do their job versus other services that focus on the quick buck. Frustrating process working with another service in the area that ignored major issues. We had ARS come by for a check up and second opinion and they immediately addressed all of our issues with pictures and explanations. Highly recommend.

I was knowledgeable about the service / replacement needed. The service rep , confirmed what I knew to be the issues and wasn’t pushy , nor did he try to up sale. A furnace needed to be removed and replaced in the attic. The service men went right to work. They didn’t do a rushed job. They ensured all work was completed well, and took time to demonstrate and explain the function of all installations. So far, I’m very satisfied with the service I received.

I have a maintenance package. Two maintenance services were completed( HVAC & AC) Daryl completed the last maintenance service . He took his time with completing the maintenance service and explained the process.
