The repair requested was not completed due to our HVAC having to be quoted out for replacement. HOWEVER, our technician was thorough he showed us pictures explained everything. We are pleased and would call them again.

Our A/C stopped working today. No cold air. Freeonleaked out. It was repaired today. We are waiting for the house to cool off. The refrigerator lines fibrated against each.other and sprung a leak. I have never had that happen with an A/C UNIT. NO happy with having to pay over$1700 repair for a unit that was installed 2.years ago.

I was impressed how they were sufficient on the job. I thought they didn't have enough help, but the two guys came in and did a GREAT JOB. They were polite and they made sure we knew how to work the system and they let me know what to do if anything happens. I have to say this also I called on Labor Day and someone came out, and the next day they were out putting our Brand New Air Conditioning in. Thanks for A GREAT JOB WELL DONE!!!!!

ARS was quick to respond and they returned the next morning to install a new a/c unit. They were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. We have been with them for 13 years and will continue for the next 13!

I called ARS twice to report AC not working. First call I thought
my son had it working but it wasn't. I immediately returned call and the attendant was not surprised. She kept the info from the first call and called a technician to my home
He fixed the problem. I was happy with the repair but unhappy with having to pay over $300. My AC is only a couple of years old neither the warranty nor the maintanence helped with the cost. My unit is only a couple of years old. I just hope this is not a repeat performance.
Very happy the tech fixed the problem. Not at all happy with the cost.

Technician was able to come out same day although it wasn't a real emergency. He was polite, professional and efficient. My shower is draining finally. I did not shop around for pricing, so hoping I paid average for the service I received

I contact the company about my issues with my ac unit. A technician came out the same day, very professional and knowledgeable. Logan got the job done quickly and on time. The representative on the phone was caring and concern and offered services that would save me money. I am very pleased of the outcome and will recommend this company for any HVAC issues.

When my AC went out, I called ARS and they had a technician, Daryl, come out within hours and he assessed problem and Jason Smith then came out within an hour to set us up with a new AC. Very professional to both gentlemen. Thank you, ARS Also want to mention George Rowland, Andrew Barr and Deonte (who worked so tirelessly) and then trouble shooter Jason Portegiano....appreciate all these gentlemen...we have cold air!!

Great service, respectful, courteous technicians. Very satisfied with the quality of service. Always a pleasure when your technicians show up. Very courteous and respectful and knowledgeable of the unit and takes the time to explain what ever you're concerned with. I feel like I'm an ARS customer from now on. Don't waist your time, call ARS and get it done right the first time.
