These guys are great. And they are great every time frankly. I used to try to use plumbers and heating and cooling guys that are a little bit more independent, but I constantly got screwed. People wouldn’t return messages, prices were all over the board, and people didn’t show up to do the work when they said they were going to. But every time I call Roto Rooter, Mr. Rooter, and ARS, they answer the phone, they give me a quote that isn’t crazy, and they show up and do the work, and, the work is good. So I’m very very pleased. As a side-note, as we move into a more green minded era, I used these guys to install a couple of those mini splits in my house to take the place of an old boiler furnace, and I couldn’t be happier with them. Consider them for your purposes when you’re deciding what to do about an old furnace. I’m glad I did.

I called to get a service appointment and I got one the same day. Bob was very professional he explained to me my issue regards to my boiler and advised me of pricing. He let me know of my options he's good representative for your company.

I've been a customer for 13 yrs. They have done multiple jobs for me. I have been very satisfied. This time I had to pay a $109 service fee, which I am OK with. The repair was $1700 and I asked that the service fee will be incorporated in the repair. No! Pay for the repair and the service call. All contractors in my experience have waived service calls if you have them do the repair. Not happy at all
After talking with the manager, he agreed to deduct the diagnostic fee. He also explained their process. Now I'm happy.

Thus company is great! Their service people are very respectful and professional. I had them service my ac and furnace and they are very thorough. It's also a competitive price. I highly recommend. I even called customer service after the ac tune up and they were able to answer all of my questions.

Quickly responsive for new furnace installation and set it to accommodate my schedule. Servicemen were on time, friendly, professional, caring of my house and worked straight on through to complete installation very quickly. I was exceptionally impressed with these very competent workmen.

The only thing I didn't like was that I felt that they put a lot of pressure on me to relocate the filter in my furnace for over $2000.00. Since then, I have contacted the original installer who is going to check it out.

Harley did a full tune up of my A/C after a year of service. Very professional and on time. Took time to just shoot the breeze for minute while we waited for diagnostics being done. Have not had one bad experience with ARS always good to have them come and help out with furnace and air conditioning in my home.
