Harley did a full tune up of my A/C after a year of service. Very professional and on time. Took time to just shoot the breeze for minute while we waited for diagnostics being done. Have not had one bad experience with ARS always good to have them come and help out with furnace and air conditioning in my home.

ARS showed up on time and the technician (Bob) was professional and thorough. He examined our HVAC system, furnace, and humidifier. He didn’t try and upsell us on any products, and the price we paid was the price that was quoted ahead of time. Will use again.

They didn’t install yet, so can’t talk about the quality, but they were super responsive, showed up in few hours, sent the estimator the same day and made an appointment in 3 days. This is efficient!

Great experience overall! Our AC stopped working out of the blue. Called a number of companies and ARS was the only one who could come for a same-day appointment on of the hottest days of the year. Jarrod was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained his process and diagnosed the problem quickly, and addressed it. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

I had the HVAC replaced at my Mom's house and had a great experience from the time of getting the quote to getting the equipment installed. They were able to set up the install appt very quickly. After the equipment was installed the AC unit was not working and they quickly made it right by getting a tech out there as soon as possible. The tech was able to figure out the issue and get it fixed. Thanks to Jon for helping me get this done for my Mom as seamlessly as possible.

Absolutely great professionals that increased the efficiency of my AC unit by ensuring the electrical connections were totally operational, as well as giving my AC unit a total cleanse. They also checked my furnace for no charge.
