Recently moved into our home and wanted an assessment of our HVAC. The system tech, Rich, did a thorough review and kept me informed throughout the process. Ultimately our heating was fine but we will have to replace our AC.

This company was quite good to work with, I contacted them after seeing the high reviews on Angi. The appraisal was detailed, and they were honest about pricing. I was given a very competitive rate, and selected them to replace my furnace and AC system. The guys doing the install were very nice as well, they cleaned up after they were done, and the work looks immensely better than what was here previously. Only time will tell how good everything holds up, but first impressions look great so far

They installed my heating and ac system almost 15 years ago. The service I get every time when calling the office is outstanding. They are very nice, understanding when it comes to scheduling service for I work crazy hours and extremely tenitive to what my inquiries may be.
The very best part is that I always request the same service person. He has been coming to my house for almost 15 years as well. He is always on time, trustworthy and knows what he's doing! I greatly appreciate both this company and my service person. Not sure if I can say any names on here but the company knows who I'm talking about.

Excellent professional job. Examined air conditioner system for routine check. We have used ARS for purchase of 2 air conditioners and 2 furnaces over the many years of our home ownership and have always been pleased with their services.

2 times years ARS comes out to service my ac and heating system. They are so easy to reach to make the appointments and have the friendliest people on the phones. The technicians are always on time and answer all of my crazy questions.

Used them for years. They remind you when you are due for service and they are quick and efficient! Great customer service and easy to get them on the phone!

They were here on time. Got everything installed in a timely fashion and cleaned up and had a sign the papers and then left. It was quick and easy. They showed my husband how to turn it on and off but unfortunately we had the necessary chance to turn the gas off due to replacement and now we don’t know how to turn it back on because he has passed away.

We just had an attic ac unit installed to supplement another unit. My wife is very particular about aesthetics on how things look and where vents are placed. John and Nikko were awesome working with her and us to make sure we were consulted and agreed with everything. Consistent phone calls, texts and pictures arrived to make sure we understood what was going on while we were working. Great job!
Update (May 2023), ARS came back out a year later to add another duct to an upstairs room that was not getting enough heat/cold in the coldest / warmest months. My wife and I fully expected to be charged but we were NOT. We’re very impressed with the company, technicians, etc. We strongly recommend them.
