I was not at home when technician Dustin Jones, showed up at my house. My wife was there, and on the phone with me Mr. Jones did everything professionally from his character took knowledge troubleshoot while I’m on the phone got the job done thank you Mr. Jones, and think you will fix it.

Andy with "Will Fix it" was great,quick and professional. Andy took time to talk to us and explain what the process of finding and fixing the leak in my front yard. Andy by far is one of the best if not the best experiences I've had with a service provider coming to my home. Thanks again Andy.

*update 10/20/2023: was very surprised to get a follow up call from a manager about my experience. Mike called me on Tuesday and was very kind and patient enough to listen. He refunded us the amount we paid for the root job we didn’t really need, thank goodness! He sent a senior tech, Chris, out the next day, and he was great! He was very knowledgeable, fixed the toilet/sink clog issues and will soon return to take care of a larger issue with our sewer lines. Will Fix It has redeemed themselves and we are very grateful to see that they were willing to earn our trust and business back!
Called on 10/12 about a kitchen sink clog on and toilet tank issue, but somehow ended up being talked into removing our commode to check for damage caused by tree roots?? The tech had to come back on Friday to do this because his supervisor had to be there to approve the estimate. Supervisor arrived and left in less than 15 min. Was told there was no root blockage, just lime buildup but was never shown proof. Carlos kept giving me the runaround and used technical language even after I specifically asked him not to, because I’m certainly no expert when it comes to plumbing. I kept asking for other options that might help with the kitchen sink, but he insisted that it was caused by a sewage line issue, which is in line with what another company said to us previously when the same thing happened about 2-3 years ago. BUT they were still able to take care of the drain and we never had anymore issues after that until now. He discouraged us from doing any repairs at all, saying it would be very costly, still insisting it wasn’t a drain clog issue, yet refusing to actually prove anything by trying to diagnose the issue. He actually suggested that we go to Home Depot and buy a brand new toilet because he said Will Fix It would have to charge us a lot more to do something we can just do on our own?? He kept suggesting that we diy the toilet situation or would otherwise evade more questions that I asked about replacing equipment in the toilet tank. Anyone can look inside and see that it’s old and needs to be replaced. On Thursday, I told him that we were struggling financially after my father’s passing about 10 years ago and had to make sacrifices when it came to paying for much needed repairs around the house. He used this against us on Fri to get out of doing more work. My sister was on speakerphone with me, trying to find out why the issues we called about hadn’t been fixed, wanted to know when we could get an estimate for ANY repairs that would help. He blamed his supervisor and said “I’m not sure when you’ll get an estimate because my supervisor needs to talk to the owner and see if he’s willing to take on the risk of trying to fix the hack job that was left behind after YOU chose to hire an unlicensed handyman or plumber to do the work.” Who does that?? Especially someone who is supposed to act as a representative and serve as the face of will fix it as a company. After seeing how little he cared about helping us and blatant disregard for doing his job, we assumed that he has done this before without suffering consequences. After reinstalling the commode, he didn’t even bother to clean up after himself, which is a huge pet peeve of mine. I didn’t know how bad it was until I saw my 80 yr old mother dragging a broom and swiffer mop into her bathroom to clean up the mess on the floor. The toilet itself looked like it had poop smears all over and I thought I was going to puke trying to clean it up until I realized that it was something greasy instead that was difficult to remove. There’s so much more to this story that’s upsetting, but my review is long enough. I’ve made three attempts to reach a manager, after calling each of the 5 different phone numbers I’ve found online to no avail. Each one goes to the same location in Houston, which is useless because they don’t even handle complaints and have to relay messages back here to the SA office.

The technician was courteous and professional. He explained everything he was doing and left the areas where he worked just as they were when he got here.

First I would like to thank Tomas for the amazing service he provided!
I want to say that sometimes people have bad days, or gaps in knowledge and I think that happened with my first tech. I know a tiny bit about HVAC given that I worked for a company that supplied the parts and tools necessary to fix them, so I admit to feeling slightly uneasy after my first service call. My first tech gave the drain a much needed cleaning but did not address the error code that had popped up prompting the service call since it was no longer displayed (ac came back on in the middle of the night) so I was not surprised when 3 days later the same error code popped up.
The dispatch agent I spoke to was amazing, her name was Denise. They got me scheduled same day, Tomas and Hunter listened to the entire issue before getting to work. I was comforted by the time they spent trouble shooting the issue. Once the cause was found Tomas explained in detail what was causing the error code and the steps he would need to take to fix it. He was able to get the part and make the repairs the same day which was fabulous. Not only that, the amount I paid for the first service call was used as a credit for the cost of the repair.
It’s one thing to to a great job, but it is very refreshing to work with a company that acknowledges when someone might not have done the best job and immediately send someone to rectify it and apply a credit without making the customer jump through hoops.
I will be using them in the future!

Will Fix It is very good on my ac/heating maintence and repairs that may be needed .My ac needed replacement of new wi-fi name and password for my ac wi-fi connection and also topping off of freon. And Will Fix It Technician Jesse Garcia did an excellent job. Sincerely, Rosario Torres

Had a great experience today with having our commodes/toilets serviced/repaired. The technician was very pleasant and knowledgeable, informing me of everything I needed to know and how he was going to go about fixing the situation. I was also given great information and helpful suggestions for future needs. Thank you so much and we will continue using Will Fix It for all future AC and plumbing needs 😃
