We called in for an emergency hot water replacement and the ARS technician, Wayne Morgan, that came to our house was very professional. He answered all of our questions and made this difficult process very smooth for us. He did a great job in the time period he said it would take and arrived when he said. Thank you for your help in restoring water to our home!! 10 out of 10 will recommend!

I highly recommend ARS Rescue Rooter for all installation services. Not only are they prompt in response time & providing service, but they’re also thorough & detailed in explaining the process and what is needed. Moreover, they provided me with the utmost, professional and friendly customer service which is so lacking in today’s market. If you want courteous, quality, and professional service from a company that goes above & beyond, I’d choose them!

A responsive, courteous, professional, winter preparation service for an existing furnace. The only irritation is, that with every visit, there is a used car salesman act to sell another item or two. ARS installed the new furnace six months ago. I simply wanted it serviced, not upgraded. The selling, every visit, gets old.

Carlos and Jeffery from ARS did a great job on the installation of my replacement HVAC system. I would definitely ask for them again if a maintenance issue ever arose.

The technician Garred O. was fantastic. He did such a thorough job in preparing my system for the cold season. Garred has been the best technician we have had in the 10 yrs we have owned the home and will ask for him going forward. ARS technicians by and large are extremely competent and the service agreement is well worth keeping our HVAC operational.

Joe Johnson is our regular technician and I specifically request him and no one else for our spring and fall routine maintenance. He's extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. He's an outstanding technician!!
