Kenny and Thomas were very cordial and professional. They answered all my questions and took their time to make sure everything was done properly and correctly. There were some hiccups with my old water heater but they were very agile and solution oriented when solving all the issues. I highly recommend ARS and will keep them in mind for future work as well!

ARS has been my HVAC company for two condo a/c and gas furnace stacked units. I use them for Spring and Fall service inspections. There have not been problems with schedules or service. Representatives have been professional and respectful of my home. I have recommended ARS to others.

The tech( Joe)was polite, professional and wasted no time diagnosing my unit. He gave his professional opinion and made a phone call to retrieve another member of the team to come out and go over more options in fixing and or replacement of my unit. The unit is 30 years old.

A crew of 5 servicemen arrived on scheduled time and went to work right away. The crew prepared the area prior to start of work. Original job was to dismantle A/C unit and duct system which the crew tackled. But a hour later, there was a change in the plan where they installed a new company-donated A/C system. I was truly surprised and very touched. The crew was flexible and put the effort and the time to complete the job even with the additional time to complete the job. Upon completion, the crew cleaned up and left the house as they found it. Based on my visual inspection, the crew installed a good quality product. Now, my family can enjoy the comfort of having this new unit. I cannot thank the company enough for this newly installed system.
