Nathan the plumber did a great job installing my new water heater, he’s very knowledgeable, he works with a lot of confidence and everything he does makes it look very easy, he kindly answered all of my questions, he was very nice and polite throughout the whole time. 5 stars for my technician/installer Nathan. 5 stars for my sales person Aaron. The product seems like a good one. Dispatch & Scheduling need work. A time frame that was promised was not met. Was told I’d have same day install but did not. If Dispatch & Scheduling were accurate and accountable you’d have 5 stars overall. Also, I asked for a supervisor or manager to call me regarding this but no one has.

My service tech was excellent. Ms. Campbell ran diagnostics on my water heater and was honest and thorough in identifying the root cause of my problem. I appreciate her integrity and will definitely recommend this company as a result of her level of service.
