The entire process was great. From the initial contact in the morning, then the follow up call to let me know he was on the way, arriving in less than 3 hours. John made sure he explained all options so I could make the best choice. The install and the attention to detail was fantastic. Definitely 5 stars from start to finish .

Matthew went above and beyond to install an electric hot water heater purchased from Lowes. After some miscommunication along the way through customer service agents he set everything right. I had hot water in a couple hours that same day. He walked me through the process before and after. Professional all the way. Thanks Matthew!!!

The plumbing technician, Nick was very courteous and professional. He was on time, answered all my questions. He completed the replacing a leaking hot water heater within just a few hours. Upon inspection of the install it was done to very professionally to code.

I had a hot water heater installed and they did a great job. It was a more involved installation than I expected, but he explained each item that was required to bring my system up to current Code and answered all questions so there was no problem. On time, very professional and experienced - a great combo!

Hired loads to come out and install a new hot water heater. The young gentleman that came out was extremely professional very good at what he does, and would not let me do any of the clean up. Kudos to Lowe’s for hiring such a great guy’s.

John clearly knew a lot about plumbing and water heater installation than the other two junior level plumbers I got estimates from. He completed the job professionally and within four hours. The office confirmed by email, phone and text…amazing follow up when most don’t anymore.

Made the call the previous day and had Nicholas show up the next day to fix a flange level issue that someone pointed out after a house project. Nick talked to me of what the issue was and ran me through some options in the fix and he did a complete inspection. Fixed everything. Would use again.
