Great equipment install but anything after has be troublesome. I constantly get calls for maintenance that has to be done at 6 months but I haven’t even had the unit that long.

Great experience with ARS / Rescue Rooter - their office clearly communicated all information about the appointment and the technician took the time to explain everything going on. Very professional service and would choose to use again if I have any similar issues!

ARS/Rescue Rooter installed our Rheem AC in 2019. We added a UV light and an OZone conditioner a few months ago and saved money on that install by being on a service maintenance contract. They have always been professional in their install and service.

On October 16 a repairman came out to do some finishing work on an A/C unit that was installed in September. On the day of insulation there was a horrific storm and the installers did great, but couldn't finish up like they wanted. A repairman, Anthony, came out and did an absolute fantastic job.
