I was a little weary after reading the reviews. But my unit was 16yrs old called quite a few places but they were all booked. Called ARS they came same day gave me an estimate,even though they charge like 30% over regular prices which is ridiculous. I could’ve got the unit installed for $6000 but the financing rates were ridiculous at other places. So unfortunately had to pay close to $10,000 with ARS but they came the next day slapped it in less than 4hrs looks great works great and I have ac. So are they crooks? Well yeah with those prices but all of these big companies are as far as price. But so far so good I can’t complain. They answer right away, and you are treated with respect and good customer service….and that’s number one to me….besides it was either that or burn in this crazy climate changing weather that’s going on and in Florida you don’t play with your AC I run mines on 68 all summer. So I’m going to give them 5 stars ah maybe 4 and a half. 😆😆😆😆😆 but yes they will come right away because they charge an arm and a leg🤷🏻♂️. But I had to do what I had to do. And again their installers were awesome fast and professional. My salesman was Kevin really cool guy and the lady I was in contact with was Janet, she was awesome as well. I waited a month to do the review just in case.

Christopher the technician was just fabulous. Answered all my questions and reviewed the simple maintenance steps of changing the filter and flushing the unit once a month.
I won’t hesitate to call upon them again if need be.

The ARS team was professional and prompt. We contracted on Friday and had the new unit installed Saturday. They we done by 12:30 and they left the place super clean. They were easy to work with. Thanks everyone.

From start to finish it was an excellent experience having our HVAC replaced. Joe came for the estimate, very professional and informative. The NEXT day Jean (Jon) and Jacob installed our unit. Ours is in our attic and it's a hot, difficult job but they smiled all day, cleaned up completely and explained everything. These three employees provided some of the best customer service I have ever had and my house is cold- Yay! Thank you so much!

ARS rescue Rooter was extremely attentive and extremely thorough. I believe I had quite a difficult project, but technician, G, and Felipe came back day after day, and even the following week to make sure my new HVAC system was running perfectly. Thank you for professional and exquisite care.
