this was the first time I’ve had to call somebody for an HVAC issue. The service was great. It’s nice to know there are honest, punctual people out there genuinely intent on helping. I would 100% recommend you guys to anyone I know who asks about HVAC.

Technician was great. Thorough check of our furnace, gave me his observation quickly and did not push anything on me. The scheduling was a bit rough. They missed my original appointment without calling and had to come the next day. But besides the scheduling the technician gets all the stars. Had to take one off for scheduling experience.

Nathan was absolutely great. Took his time and finally found the problem with my furnace. He was the third service man I had out to look at the furnace. He diagnosed it, got the parts ordered and is going to come back to repair. Worthington air has always been great to me. Love the customer service and the quality of work I received.

This review is mostly on install process since it's only been a few days since heat pump was put in. Installers called 15-20 minutes before arriving. Once they arrived the put on shoe coverings and got to work. They were very professional and had my new heat pump and air handler installed in about 7 hours. They were very courteous, made sure they answered all my questions and cleaned up the work area before they left. Based on install process, would recommend.

Excellent service. Techs were knowledgeable and efficient. Installed HVAC units plus a NEST thermostat. Setup the NEST. Cleaned up area afterwards.

Mike and Ryan were awesome to work with. Explored different options and answered all questions. Installed new Furnace and a/c units, reconfigured units to maximize space as requested. The 4 workers who did install were kind, efficient, on time. Good communication. Highly recommend. Thanks for working together to provide excellent service.
