Everyone we talked to from making our appointment to the technician Millie were fantastic and courteous. We had called Columbus Worthington Air for a second opinion when our regular HVAC company estimated us for some changes that we didn’t understand. Millie was amazing and explained what she needed to change and what she needed to adjust. Use this business they will take care of you!

Technician arrived at 1pm. The estimate was between 1 - 4. I like the early arrival since it freed my afternoon. He was friendly, professional, and completed his work quickly and thoroughly. He explained what he did and what needs to completed within the next 6 months. He would have completed the work but with all the construction in the area we decided to wait till the construction is completed.

I've been a longtime (15+ years) customer of Columbus Worthington Air and have recommended them to others. My tech (Rob Everson) does a phenomenal job, has tremendous knowledge, is impeccably honest, and a true professional to work with...he's also been with the company for a good number of years which tells you it's a quality organization. Great company and I'm very happy with the service they provide!

Separate visit. Air Conditioning unit check done. Glad I scheduled before it gets hot. Showed me why it needs replaced, so will have a quote done tomorrow. Thankful these guys are thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful!!

Millie has been my service professional for the last two years . Always can diagnose the problem with my HVAC system and efficiently repairs any issue that comes up . She has been the most reliable service professional that I have ever had with Columbus Worthington .
