I found them through Angi’s List; I was contacted within 10 minutes of requesting a quote, and they were able to get me a Saturday appointment. Tommy was able to show up early and had my issue fixed within the hour. Great experience, highly recommend!

Sam was very professional, and he didn’t try to do a drain clean out. He felt we should a camera first to see, if there is tree roots in the sewer. He set another appointment for tomorrow, and he didn’t charge me anything today.

Both technicians answered my questions and concerns. Went above and beyond although here to clean furnace and check for winter season, they showed me how to clean the AC unit safely. I was very impressed with their knowledge and willingness to help.

Steve showed up early(!) and got right to work. Performed maintenance on furnace and enabled humidifier system thru thermostat control. Then he identified A/C problem and installed new capacitor to get unit operational. Steve knew what he was doing. Really appreciate ARS for having service techs who can effect repair immediately.

I have been very pleased with the quality of their workmanship. Great job servicing our AC unit inside and cleaning the outside unit.
Today we had a checkup for our furnace. We had a Reme Halo air purifier installed. The tech did a great job explaining all the features.

Fermin called us to let us know when he'd arrive and showed up as scheduled. Personable. Readjusted the temperature settings on our hot water heaters and showed me how to do it. Asked if we had any questions. Very pleased with our experience.
