Great customer service and prior planning; its odd a 500 dollar water heater from Lowes equal 3 times plus for instal and removal as 1600 dollar quote; the plumber was knowledgeable and professional.The gentleman that diagnosed the problems came up with reasonable not affordable solutions.

The guys were great, they were very considerate of me, my Wife and my home, they were very respectful and did an amazing job. The only problem was that the job couldn’t be completed because of a problem with the unit, otherwise I am very pleased with the performance and quality of the workers, the guys that showed up were amazing and I am happy that those two guys were sent to my home to install

The service was excellent. Shane Ringer, the technician sent to diagnose and repair my AC, was professional and pleasant to deal with. Although the part was not on his truck, a service fee was added for him to get the part and install it today. Sadly, the price of the replacement part was ridiculously overpriced (I found the exact same part for a 10th of the price ARS charged me) but otherwise I am satisfied with the work that was done today.

Excellent service from the setting of the appointment the follow up of the appointment by the customer service department the prompt knowledgeable professional service from the technician made a very stressful situation a relaxed seem less service. I highly recommend ARS rescue rooter a great company to do business with.
