Vladimir knows his stuff, he is very professional and knowledgeable. I had a slow drain kitchen. He got here late but worked very efficiently and was able to loose the ~20 years brass clean out cap by tapping and apply heat carefully without damaging other parts, and all went smoothly after that. All in all, I am very satisfied with the service.

The service was great and the plumber who showed up was very nice. Had a little sticker shock on the price especially after seeing some of the sponsored ads on the web they run. But, it was a holiday weekend, two other companies that we called were not nearly as professional and appreciated having our sink and shower back from being flooded. That got the extra star.

We had a sewer backup on a weekend and they responded quickly and took care of the job for a very reasonable price. David Valencia was the technician who assisted us. It was a mess that we were happy to get resolved the same day we discovered the blockage.

So far, I’ve used this team twice. Robert, Carlos, and Steve were all great!! Honest, have useful information. They were clean and respectful of my property. Personable and kind. Using them forever.
Only feedback: company asked me for the same info prior to the visit multiple times. Could be better with documentation the first time.

Our kitchen sink was clogged and they came the next morning. Pricing was negotiated and we ended up in a good place. Very professional and quick. I’d use them again.

Krishna and his crew were fantastic and did a fantastic job. Very professional. They replaced our sewer pipes, installed sewer clean out valves and they completed the work on time.The crew worked extremely hard every day. Krishna kept me updated as to their progress each day. From beginning to end Krishna and crew made the experience so easy for us.When the project was completed the crew completely cleaned everything up. We are so appreciative. Thank you ARS.

David was extremely responsible, friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. What he had to replace was so old that he kept having to go to Home depot to get parts but he called me from there to tell me what was taking him so long! How many service people do that? Considering that, he got the job done really quickly!

Had a water leak in the pipe on the side of the house. Eduardo was sent out to repair it. Even though the job was a little tricky he managed to repair/replace the section of pipe in a reasonable amount of time. It wasn’t cheap but it seems to be a quality repair job.

The service appointment was scheduled to occur shortly after calling the company. The technician arrived on time and performed the work quickly and efficiently. We were kept informed of the progress and results. Sewer was cleared and is working normally. Highly recommend.

David Valencia my tech. Did an outstanding job clearing my outside drain out as it was clogged. He tried three times before rescheduling another day. After he left the drain unclogged. He was informative and professional. I recommended ARS rescue rooter to all that read this.
