Nick and Krishna were fast and arrived on time. Remembered the property and past jobs done on-site years ago which helped to quickly diagnose the current problem. Gave great information and quickly provided an estimate for a solution.

Professional, clean, curtious. I wasn't happy with the price for the cleaning or with the estimate for the long term repair. It felt like an up sell, but in my case, I already knew I had a problem that should be fixed.

I am giving Rescue Rooter 5 stars for ease of setting up our appointment and the fact that the technician, Jeremy, arrived on time, was courteous, and professional. Unfortunately our drainage issue turned out to be a symptom of a much bigger problem and beyond the scope of Rescue Rooter expertise. As a result I can not speak to the quality of there work at this time.

Jeremey was friendly and professional throughout. He conducted a thorough inspection of the problem and did not charge me once he determined he was not able to address the issue. The experience left me with a very positive impression of your brand and I would happily recommend Rescue Rooter as a result.

Johnny John was extremely professional and efficient. The work was diagnosed and completed with no mess and within the time promised. He even helped me do my annual water heater drain. He educated me on how to go it myself. I highly recommend rescue rooter. They rescued my wife and me.

We needed help with a stubbornly clogged toilet, and after trying a different plumber who never called me back, I tried ARS/Rescue Rooter. Someone answered immediately and one of their staff (Alejandro) arrived quickly and took care of issue. Excellent communication by the entire team from the initial call through the completion of the project. Alejandro was super friendly, did a great job, and was very helpful in explaining what was causing our problem.

From the moment I called to the return to business was under 4 business hours. A qualified plumber arrived, diagnosed, got a needed unique part at the local hardware, and fixed us up. Very happy.

I recommend ARS Rescue Rooter (East Bay). Making an appointment with Sherry over the phone was quick and easy. She was pleasant and compassionate as I described my plumbing issue. Eric called me to confirm the appointment. He was also professional and understanding. The technician, Eduardo arrived within an hour! He was prompt, professional, and friendly. He even wore shoe covers! He repaired my shower within a couple of hours. Thanks so much!

Omg...how do I begin! Mr. Ed, Jay & all the workmen have been so caring & supportive during my ordeal from beginning to end. Diagnosis of the sewer line problem was quickly assessed & confirmed with camera footage. The workmen were professional & the sewer line replacement was a job well done! Thank you all so much!!

Rescue Rooter was able to come to our home within two hours of the call on a holiday! Very impressed. They provided me with a video of what the problem is under the house, and promised a written evaluation and estimate tomorrow morning. Krishna was polite and efficient. I highly recommend Rescue Rooter. 👌

We had a pipe come off beneath our kitchen sink and it was the day before a holiday. We were worried about finding someone come to fix and assess if there were other leaks. I worked with Carlos and David on the first day who were able to quickly fix the leak. Carlos came back the 2nd day (on the 4th of July!) with his colleague Stephen and did a full leak assessment. They were super thorough and thoughtful!

Alejandro was very professional nice and knew what he was doing. He put up with my four dogs like a champion. I would recommend him to anybody that asked me do I know a good plumber? I would say yes I do now.

Sewer water was back-flowing from the bathroom sink. They opened up the pipe and used a machine to hack apart tree roots growing in there. Fast and professional service.

We called ARS Rescue Rooter for our clogged garbage disposal. Lissa was awesome and listened to our issue. The plumber, Randy, was able fix our garbage disposal by snaking the drain, when another company had told us that it wouldn't be possible to do so. He showed up early (an hour before we expected) and was very professional & experienced! It took him less than 30 minutes to fix the issue. The other company we tried had us wait 5 days for a plumber to show up. We're super grateful for Randy!

We had a recurring blockage in our Main Sewer line and Eduardo our technician was friendly and worked on the blockage until it was cleared.
He also made a note about the distance to the clog, so I can follow up with the city.

Got a same day appointment, and technician (Randy) was professional, provided information about scope of work and potential problems with (none occurred, thankfully), and proceeded to work efficiently and with care for a tricky situation. I've used this company before for other plumbing issues, and will use again if needed.

My mom’s shower valve broke. Eduardo the the technician was so nice! My mom is 85 and I was not able to be with her during the repair. Eduardo called me and gave me so much information on the project and was so kind to my mom. I will be a forever customer now! Please thank Eduardo for us! He is a gem.
