I called ARS to get a tune up for my A/C units. Our technician Desi provided outstanding service. I had an issue w mold around A/C vents. I was told by 3 techs in the past that its a "normal" occurrence in Florida and they did what they could. Desi, 100% resolved the problem while doing what he could to help keep the cost down. My family finally has clean air!
The tech was a true professional.
I would highly recommend ARS.

Desi R Barreto was fantastic I will be very happy to have him work on our AC again! He went above and beyond!
The company ARS it’s self I’m not at all happy with it took many phone calls over and over and never got calls back when I was told supervisors would call me to get this resolved. The appointment was to be today 8am-12 and never got a call to let me know what was going on with it.
It’s a good thing they have someone like Desi to work for them. He is the one that made things right for us 5 stars are for him not ARS they would only get one

The representative who was here installing our new hvac unit was very knowledgeable, and such a hard worker. He was here on time and was very approachable when I was inquiring the process he explained the issues we were having with our old a/c unit. Which now makes sense to me. We are excited to enjoy our new home investment, especially the much cooler temperatures. Thank you Aquiles!!😊

Gas water heater was installed timely and professionally. Technician was knowledgeable and kind! Answered all questions that I had and I felt comfortable with his answers.

I decided to take the offer of the $29 a/c tune-up. Kevin was a little late, but he was very knowledgeable and professional. He really took the time out to explain things and teach us a little more about our unit than any other tech we had in the past. Definitely recommend.

They came out the same day I called and diagnosed the problem. Coming back tomorrow or Friday with the parts to fix it.

The technician cleaned and checked my A/C system and answered my questions in a professional way. I took away one star because they didn’t come in the agreed upon time frame and no one called me. They came the next day but again didn’t call beforehand like they said they would.

The service Technician, Thomas Timothy was excellent! He came and resolved the issue timely, professionally and efficiently!!! Crystal and Brittany were awesome as well.

It started with a disappointing situation when my appointed technician did not show up or bothered to call. 24hrs later I was assigned to Howard who turned things around and did a spectacular job. It’s very rare to find a person who takes pride in their work.
