My water heater began leaking. I went to Lowe’s to look at hybrid water heaters. ARS does their installations. They brought the new water heater the next day and had it plumbed in and up and running in a couple of hours,

It was a five star maintenance visit. I found the technician to be thorough and efficient. He didn't seem to mind me watching and asking questions, which I consider a plus. I withheld one star only because I had communication problems with the office the first time I used this company and gave up on them. Since they called to make an intro offer, I am guessing that that situation got resolved.

ARS installed my new central air system. A few weeks after it was installed, I started having some issues. It took a bit, but they found out and fixed the issue. The gentleman that installed it was awesome, and the gentlemen who fixed the problem were as well. They were here today fixing a thermostat issue. That one was a manufacturer problem, not theirs.
I am so happy that this company is willing to go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy with their work.

The process was very smooth and quick. The installers did a great job working in limited space and hot conditions. They had to re-construct part of the system after realizing the original plan was not going to work. Management did not ask to charge for the additional materials and time…they honored their original quote, which I respect. Lastly, they back their work beyond what many will.

ARS installed and has maintained my unit for almost 10 years now. They always are prompt, answer emergency calls within hours. I have referred them to several friends and they too are very happy with their service.

I’ve been without AC since 11/15/2021. I’ve been told by ARS that the necessary part is being made. I haven’t heard back since it’s been horrible.
