Went through Lowes and was lucky enough to have George, Mike, and Colas. They were prompt and professional. Couldn’t believe how fast they got done. The new system is performing great.

Mr Thomas(Timothy) was very professional and thorough with troubleshooting my a/c unit issues. Being that it is a new top of the line unit, not many have experience with this particular unit, but he was able to get me going and was friendly making it a nice experience.

I can’t say enough of how pleased I was with ARS. Five hours prior to their arrival I was told by another air conditioning business that I needed to replace my entire unit, that the freon was leaking. He said there was no choice but to do that to get the unit working properly. Then the service rep from ARS did a quick diagnosis and said the Freon was not leaking. (Wow, we would've been taken by the prior company for $8,500-11,500 to buy a whole new unit.) Th ARS service person said this is a simple fix. He said that our 5-year old unit should really last 10-15 years or so. He drained the line outside, it was clogged, and put chemicals in for the bacteria and we were good to go. The price was under $400 to be fixed. I appreciate the honesty of this company when there are so many out there that just want your money. As the customer, it is difficult know the difference.😀

Service member Tim J came out to look at my aunts old A.C unit. Found out it was 20 years old had multiple leaks. Tim was a wonderful technician and had a pleasantly polite demeanor. Would recommend Tim J to anyone. Probably one of the most respectful tech we had out form anywhere really cared about our property. Spoke very clearly and didn't pressure us with aggressive sales tactics.
