I have mostly chosen ARS for heating and cooling services and issues for the last several years. Did a water heater and an AC with them at my last house as well. Great company to work with. The techs have been courteous, informative, and professional. They shoot you straight, and have always had good pricing. Shout out to DeShawn, the last person they sent out for service. He did a great job at my house, and provided me with very valuable information!

We had a clog sewer line appear at the crux of a Saturday night dinner time. It's incredible the number of plumbing companies that advertised/claim "emergency 24 hr on call" who either don't answer or have litany of excuses as to why they can't come help... And this is in Nashville, not some small rural near-off the map "town.". I'm glad I tried ARS. Connie answered the call, advised and help set expectations as well as called me back to ensure communications. Irene took over when Connie left her shift and did every bit of an excellent job asking the right questions, informing and also setting expectations. Roger and Issah were professional, showed up on time, worked to try and help but the issue had to go to Brian who had the equipment and 36yrs of plumbing experience needed who worked quickly to identify and pinpoint the issue. He called his associate, Steve who had the right machine needed to resolve the issue and then helped make it happen and fix our issue. What happened on a Saturday night dinner hour was finally resolved by 11am Monday morning. We may have not gotten it fixed as quickly as we ideally would have liked to have happened, but it was done professionally and informatively along the way as well as a respectfully offered discount for not being able to do even quicker without is asking or prompting them to do so. We very much appreciated everyone involved with this team, they did an outstanding job to competely help take care a customer and we would highly recommend this company for any plumbing task they can possibly help resolve for you. THANKS ARS TEAM, YOU ALL ARE AWESOME!

The tech was Logan . I enjoyed talking to him he explained everything to me which was easy and clear. At first I was scared to call a AC unit company because I was a woman and I didn't want them to take advantage of me because I don't know a lot about the unit but he explained everything so good to me and he said that he don't look at me being just a woman he looked at me being a person that he was doing work for which was very easy and explain everything to me very well so if I have any problems please send Logan back

They didn't get there in the time frame I was given, very late. But once they were on the job they fixed the problem. I was glad the technician called and informed me of the outcome witch was really nice.

Daniel Head was phenomenal!
Thoroughly explained everything he was doing. Had another company come out before calling ARS and they messed the unit up bad trying to get me to buy a new one!!! Daniel fixed everything they messed up and got the AC blowing cold again!
I recommend Daniel Head with ARS to anyone and everyone!

ARS sent emails and texts to let me know about my appointment. They were even able to come out early! The technician was very nice and thorough. We got the airscrubber installed and I can't wait to not have to dust or smell dog as much! :) Thrilled.

Steve was great! He was very personable and knowledgeable. He reviewed the items that needed to be addressed and was up front with the work that needed to be completed. He also made recommendations on issues that may arise in the future and provided steps on how to prevent them.

Harka Magar was very professional throughout the service call. He diagnosed a failed WIFI thermostat. Installed new unit and verified programming was correct and unit registered on Internet.

I bought my unit years ago, and every year, a tech would come out to clean the pipe, clean the coil, and/or put in freon. I was frustrated and upset because it happened every year. Things changed when Billy, the technician, came. He took the time to listen and responded to my A/C issue. He was on time, professional, thorough and got the issue resolved in a timely manner.

DeShawn was our HVAC technician and he truly made the whole experience. Such a kind, honest and knowledgeable professional. He was great at going over our options for repair and/or new unit. He not only told, but showed us everything going on with our unit and gave us all the information we needed! Five stars for DeShawn.

Very professional and competent installation. The attitude and aptitude of the 4 men was impressive. A great experience.
1month later,
Heat would not come on. Service call resulted in a timely next day appointment. The technician resolved the issue within 10 minutes.
