Amazing response time and quick to resolve. ARS Rescue Rooter picked up the phone immediately when another company failed to show up late in the day and they had someone out within 30-45 minutes checking things out. The team was able to identify the issue and ran a sewer snake to start trying to address the issue. Afterwards my sewer was finally draining but still showing some signs of slowness, the ARS Team offered to have a sewer jet out that evening. We instead opt'ed to wait till morning as I was already impressed with their response time and felt bad making anyone work late. Next morning the crew arrived exactly when communicated and ran the jet, afterwards they ran their camera and had me observe to verify everything was cleared out. I am incredibly grateful for the ARS team and their quick response. Thanks to them a stressful situation was resolved in moments!
