Amazing response time and quick to resolve.
ARS Rescue Rooter picked up the phone immediately when another company failed to show up late in the day and they had someone out within 30-45 minutes checking things out.
The team was able to identify the issue and ran a sewer snake to start trying to address the issue. Afterwards my sewer was finally draining but still showing some signs of slowness, the ARS Team offered to have a sewer jet out that evening. We instead opt'ed to wait till morning as I was already impressed with their response time and felt bad making anyone work late.
Next morning the crew arrived exactly when communicated and ran the jet, afterwards they ran their camera and had me observe to verify everything was cleared out.
I am incredibly grateful for the ARS team and their quick response. Thanks to them a stressful situation was resolved in moments!

JASON CAME TO OUR HOUSE AND WAS COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL, FIXED THE UNDERNEATH PIPE THAT WAS REPLACED WRONG. HE WAS KIND, CONVERSATIONAL AND SIMPLY AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! IF I Needed WORK DONE AGAIN I WOULD PICK YOUR BUSINESS, AGAIN.....IF I COULD HAVE JASON!!!!!

Kristen was the tech that came into my home. He was extremely professional polite explained everything that he was doing it as he was doing it and left the area cleaner than what it was before he got here. I would definitely use him again.

If you’re looking for an alternative to Roto Rooter, this should be it. I had an issue with the sewer line two weeks ago. The guy they sent was super polite and helpful. We tried one way of solving the issue which turned out to be helpful but not the full fix. When there was another issue a few weeks later, he not only fixed the issue but charged me very fairly and answered all my questions. Also, the people who answer the phone are local people who are super nice. To have both plumber and intake be such good communicators is extremely rare. Could not be happier… honestly they knocked it out of the park.

Diagnosed my requested issue and it ended up being the toilet itself. They LISTENED. Advised me on future projects. Within ONE hour a new toilet was installed after initial check completed, cleaned up and working! Initial Telephone contact was excellent, Customer contact was the same.

Jason was very polite and professional. He did a great job installing our new kitchen faucet, clearing a clogged pipe and replacing our pvc pipes under the sink. The job took a bit longer than he expected but I was charged the quoted price, nothing else added for the extra time. I am very pleased with their work. This wasnt the first time I have used ARS. If I ever need a professional plumber again I will call ARS.

Marco was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous; he informed me clearly of the issue I had, what caused them, and what I might do to prevent them from happening again; he arrived within three and one-half hours of me calling ARS.
If I need similar service, or should someone I know need them, I will call and recommend ARS.

I contacted ARS because of a mold/Mildew smell in my bathroom. I was afraid it signaled a water issue near or around the tub or toilet. Joe was fantastic! He calmed my nerves and carefully ran through the possibilities of what it could be. It was as if I had found a unicorn—an honest plumber! He wasn’t trying to scare me into a contract or a sale. That did it for me. I will contact ARS and Joe if I have another plumbing need and will share my experience with my neighbors and friends.
Joe came out for a free inspection of the problem.

The worker seemed professional and knowledgeable. I just think that for $380 he could have installed the toilet after clearing the drain.

Very positive experience. From initial call with Kelly in the office, to prompt, professional service, excellent price as compared to others, ease of paying... Will definitely be using them for future plumbing needs. Highly recommend.
10/13/23. Used ARS again for several gas leaks found in my elderly mother's home. She was without heat and hot water. John came out and had the job started the same day. Marco who performed the work was amazing. Very neat and thorough. Columbia Gas just completed inspection. Said it was an excellent job. No problems anywhere.
