Our shower faucet would not turn off (not a drizzle, it was streaming!) on a Friday afternoon (of course!). I called 8 plumbers from google and not one was available. I’m so grateful ARS Rescue Rooter was able to get a professional, thorough, helpful, experienced plumber out ASAP! Tony was a Godsend! He explained everything and was on top of it. ARS Rescue Rooter and Tony came through for us! It was a very good experience working with them. Thank you!

Our technician Bill was our savior.
We had a plumber for 4 hours yesterday that couldn't figure out the issue.
It took Bill 10 mins to assess the problem and 15 minutes to get it resolved.
Very impressed with him and the service provided.

Had a drain stoppage. Tried everything I could on my own to unclog, to no prevail. Called ARS, they came out and cleared the stoppage immediately. Thank you ARS, and Tony the plumber!

This company is the perfect example of you get what you pay for! Although they aren’t the cheapest, Frank, Philippe and team did an amazing job! We had them do a huge project; adding cleanouts and a perma-liner to our main line. Throughout the process they provided us with progress/updates, were punctual, and overall professional. Philippe even fixed our toilet free of charge! Everything went very smoothly and we’re very satisfied! If you have a big job that you need done right try these guys!

Fantastic! That is the only word I can use to describe our entire interaction with ARS/Rescue Rooter. From the initial call, to the service technician, it was a great experience. Plumbing is one of those issues that usually can't wait, and we were able to get a same day appointment, with an experienced technician. The lady who answered our call to set the appointment was friendly and efficient, and the service tech was knowlegeable and very friendly - and quickly fixed the problem. This is a very trustworthy company with high transparancy, and I highly recommend them.

Jonathan Mendiola and Daniel were AWESOME yesterday! They did a great job installing my brand new beautiful AO Smith water heater! Even tho Jonathan discovered that I need to replace my water pressure regulator, he set up our water heater to be functional right away as long as I can get the regulator replaced soon. He gave me great instructions on what I need to do once the regulator is replaced and also how to flush the unit annually and even how to access the QR code to enable us to control our unit remotely via our cellphones! So happy with Jonathan, Daniel, and ARS!
