I had a leak coming thru a light fixture above my front door. After waiting 3 days for USAA insurance to contact me, I contacted ARS to fix the problem. They came out within an hour, spent the time to check and recheck everything. I am very happy with their service, their fast response time AND warranty for repairs.

My experience with ARS installing our new hybrid water heater was very positive. A rather large mistake occurred early on (good thing we went into the garage) but they corrected it promptly, and it actually turned out to be to our advantage. I would be happy to do business with them in the future.

Ed was amazing. He arrived literally moments after I called. He made me feel comfortable right away, was incredibly kind and professional. He remembered being at my home years ago and meeting my mom. He will be our go-to plumber. Also, they impressed me from my first call. Great receptionist!

Tony was awesome! I rent out my house and he was so good at working with me and the tenant. Hey explained all the options to fix our problems and gave us multiple quotes and we got to decide what worked best for us. Plus he helped us with tips to fix our toilet flushing badly and gave us a quote to fix it but also told us how we could do some tricks to wait a bit to fix it. Came on time. Customer service called on time and told us he was on his way. All good stuff. Thanks!

I was told it would be 99 bucks however it ended up costing me 450.00 bucks. To remove a toilet and remove a dog toy. Pretty expensive. The plumber was professional and did great work.

Technician arrived on time and was clean, well mannered and knowledgeable. Our pilot for the water heater keeps going out. Nothing wrong was found, gave recommendations to increase airflow as fire needs fuel air and the spark. Thank you for the quick response on a holiday weekend.
