"This company really values their customers" This was my 1st experience calling a plumber...in an emergency! w/in the hour we're at my location. Cody Bart was our 'plumber hero' and told us that he wasn't going to leave w/o a working toilet.....and he didn't. Cody did a thorough job...andvery patient. "Thank you ARS😁 soooo much"

two techs came to the door and solved our plumbing problem within 15 minutes. They were professional and got the job done. they left us with a quote for additional work that Needs to be done to avoid any additional problems. Very nice. Payment was for the price that was quoted on the phone,, no additional costs.

Lendale Knox helped us out at our home today. Lendale was incredibly responsive, coming to our home on a weekend and then followed up on an off day. He was super professional, kind, knowledgable and helpful. The situation was a bit stressful and he came in and was able to make us feel comfortable and fixed the issue in a timely manner. We will ALWAYS use Lendale's services for ALL of our plumbing needs!! Highly recommend!

We were having plumbing situation and found these guys online from receptionist to technician everybody was nice and polite. The crew arrived on time , assessed the situation and talked over the options. They gave recommendations and estimate and eliminated immediate problem at no additional charge. Jesus was professional, and his mannerisms were very respectful. He took the time to assess the situation and quickly fixed the issue. He was very professional in how he approached the situation. I highly recommend him because he also gave insight on what could have been the issue and showed me what the problem was. I would highly recommend his services.

Highly recommend ARS Rescue Rooter. Cody C was amazing. Called at 10AM and he was here by noon. Thought our sink was done for, within a couple hours he got us back up and running. He was very informative and professional. Good to know we have a plumber we can trust on call when we need him from now on. 5/5.

UPDATE: A few days after my positive review though, this company (who charged $100 for the initial assessment, then called all of their business referrals to come and charge $7000 for dry out services and their friendly contractor who started work on our house 5 weeks after the damage occurred), this plumbing company refused to provide a statement of the issue for my insurance company citing that CA law doesn't allow them to do this?? We were able to get the info from another plumbing company and didn't choose to have our repair with this one because they quoted WAY over what others quoted.
No issues with Manny though, he was professional and prompt. I think the issue wasn't with him but the company policy.
