I was so pleased with the technician Omar, how he took the time to listen and respond to my questions. He was

Technician Dukes was amazing, fast, and transparent. He also took the time to listen to my issues during my mental breakdown over my extra poopy day! He Arrived in the same day my call was made and fixed the major back up we were having. We Will be using him again in the very near future to complete some extra work that that needs to be done but was not an emergency need today!

Juan was so knowledgeable of the water heating system. He greeted my son and I with a warm smile. Juan’s interaction with my 4 year old son was so sweet but did not interfere with his work. Although pricing was more than I could afford, Juan still informed me about different payment options.

I has a new unit put in about a month ago and they came back out to check it out and make sure everything is working the way it should. And I had the service guy to add a surge protector on the condenser unit outside.

I will use ARS for all my electrical repairs/needs in the future.

Had clogged drain. Team came out and dropped. Camera saw main line broken. Have me an estimate and started next morning. Had the house working again before nightfall. Cannot praise this team high enough.

The 1st stage of my install took an extremely long time into the night, the guys did a professional job but left work undone, they also did not let make it known to me a 2nd stage works be required nor did they set the appointment for the 2nd leg.
This was not what expected leaving work undone
The electricians shown us a couple days later and completed the electrical work and did an amazing job no issues with them .
However the job is not complete as there is still a piece missing and causing an eye sore
